by H8R You know that feeling right? You're moving along through your day, walking down the road or getting in some exercise. Then, BOOM ! It hits you. That sharp, nagging pain of a rock deeply embedded in your shoe right between the insole and the delicate parts of your foot. It's the worst! So, what do you do? Some would stop everything immediately and get that sucker out of there. Others power through and take it out when it's convenient. Which is the right way to go?
