DIA Blog 019 - Living Life With Rocks In Your Shoes by H8R

You know that feeling right? You're moving along through your day, walking down the road or getting in some exercise.
Then, BOOM! It hits you.
That sharp, nagging pain of a rock deeply embedded in your shoe right between the insole and the delicate parts of your foot. It's the worst!
So, what do you do?Some would stop everything immediately and get that sucker out of there.
Others power through and take it out when it's convenient.
Which is the right way to go?This thought came to me as I was getting in my jump rope workout at the park. A nice, big rock got in my shoe while I was jumping rope.
Stopping to take it out right then would break a pretty nice streak I had going and disrupt my workout. I decided it was best to finish up my workout and then dump those rocks out when I got home (gaman much?).
In my case, the rocks in my shoe were actually rocks in my shoe. But having a lot of tiny annoyances in your life can be just like having "rocks in your shoe."It could be that part of your car that just isn't working right. Or it could be the showerhead that's all plugged up and sprays in a million directions. Maybe the rock in your shoes is that language class you've been meaning to sing up for.
Think about how many people don't take time to dump these "rocks" out of their life!A minor inconvenience now could possibly become and BIG headache over time, especially as they compound and multiply.
When it comes to deciding on what action to take, you always wanna see where you are at the moment and figure out where you wanna go.
Would stopping to take the rock out now keep you from achieving your goals?
Can you hold out for a little while and address it when the time is right?Whatever you choose to do, it's best to make sure you take care of them as soon as possible. You'll find that your mood will improve life will just seem a little bit easier.
After all, nobody likes walking around with rocks in their shoes.
While choosing the best shoes make sure that there must be a sufficient cushion to absorb the beat shock of the jump, so your feet and joints feel steady. To continue the exercise comfortably for a long term, your shoes should have enough space for the toe nails because while jumping, the upper surface should not bend over the nail which can lead to severe pain.
